Current data collection
HeartPath runs the quiz entirely in your browser. Your quiz answers and result are not submitted to HeartPath, stored in a database, or tied to your identity. You may separately choose to provide your first name and email address after the quiz to receive the HeartPath email series. The free quiz does not require this.
Basic hosting data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process limited technical information required to deliver and secure the site, such as request time, browser type, device information, and network identifiers. This processing is controlled by the hosting provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Outbound and affiliate links
If you follow a link to another website, that website may collect information under its own privacy policy. Affiliate links may include a tracking identifier that tells the seller a referral came from HeartPath. Review the destination website's terms before providing personal or payment information.
Optional email series
If you opt in, your name and email address are sent to our email delivery provider, Resend, so HeartPath can deliver the requested series and occasional relationship reflection notes. You can unsubscribe through the link included in every marketing email. We do not require an email address to show your quiz result and do not sell your email address.
Why we use your email
We use an opted-in email address only to deliver the content described on the sign-up form, maintain subscription preferences, measure basic delivery and engagement, and improve the series. Payment details are never collected by HeartPath.
